Hey everyone, I guess I’ll start off by introducing myself. My name is Frida Sofia, I come from a Family full of entertainers. I grew up backstage and it taught me a lot. It also made me grow up very fast, too fast.

If you Google me I promise you that you will not get an accurate description nevertheless an idea of who I really am.

I have a degree in Fashion Merchandising from MIU (Miami International University of Art and Design) I’m an extremely visual learner and love to project my visions and ideas through images... but I also love to write ... hmm idk. Bare with me...

I’m considered a “FITNESS GURU” since my passion for exercise and nutrition led me to become a CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER & NUTRITION SPECIALIST at NPTI HOUSTON.

As far as music goes ... it’s too long of a story.... just know BIG THINGS ARE COMING because I will never give up on my singing career. PERIOD.

As far as beauty and other lifestyle tips go... I do collaborate with brands that I have tried, have gotten results and would sincerely recommend to my peeps.

One thing you should know about me is that I AM STRAIGHT FORWARD ... in every way possible. I guess society would call it “CONTROVERSIAL” ...hehe
